WeThriveOT was founded by Sheri Braimah, a HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting adults to remain safe, independent and confident within their homes and communities.
Sheri has worked across health and social care settings — including local authority services, reablement, community rehabilitation, housing adaptations, disability services, equipment provision and complex case management. Her clinical experience spans older adults, physical disabilities, long-term health conditions, reduced mobility and neurological conditions.
Throughout her career, Sheri has been passionate about practical solutions that improve everyday life. She believes Occupational Therapy should be accessible, compassionate, person-centred, practical and evidence-based.
